Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part while keeping the tape level.

Waist: Measure at the narrowest point above the hip bones. Keep the tape snug but not tight.

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, feet together.

Inseam: Measure from the top of the inner thigh to the ankle bone.
