You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also find it in your account under “Orders.” If you can’t locate the email, check spam or contact support with your order number.
We begin processing quickly to ship fast. If you need a change or cancellation, contact support immediately with your order number. If the order has already shipped, we can assist with a return.
Yes. We ship worldwide. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout based on your address. Import duties or taxes (if applicable) are collected by your local carrier.
Standard delivery typically arrives in 4–8 business days, and express in 2–4. Remote areas may take longer. You’ll see a live estimate at checkout and receive tracking when your order leaves our facility.
Unworn items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons we can’t accept returns on worn tights or underwear. Start a return through your account or contact support for help.
For a different size or color, request an exchange when you start a return. We’ll reserve the replacement and ship it once your return is scanned by the carrier (subject to stock availability).
Use our Size Guide for body measurements and fit notes. If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for a relaxed feel or the smaller size for a compression fit. Fabric stretch and compression level are noted on each product page.
Yes. Our training tights use performance stretch with medium compression and a secure waistband designed for jumps and step sequences. They’re tested for movement and long sessions on the ice.
We use performance blends chosen for warmth, stretch, and durability. For best results: wash cold, inside out; use mild detergent; do not bleach; lay flat to dry; avoid fabric softeners. Heat can damage elastane and reduce longevity.
Our textiles are selected for abrasion resistance and shape retention. Pilling is unlikely with normal care. If it occurs, it’s usually from friction with rough surfaces; follow care guidelines to extend the life of your gear.
